WHAT!!!!? This really hurts! i mean the Batgirl cancellation was one thing but I had no idea Firefly was going to be in it AND being played by Fraser!!!? Fuck!
The big one for me is the Olivia Wilde Directed Don't Worry Darling, the trailers look awesome and almost looks like it should be an A24 film.
I'm also intrigued with Pearl as myself and the Mrs were both in agreement we wanted to know why Pearl was the way she was when we saw X and they have perfectly answered that for us!
The Inspection looks like it could be ok too
Few little throw away ones such as Smile, Halloween Ends and Prey for the Devil for the Halloween season also should bring some fun!
I've actively avoided any trailers for a few years now and frequently have fingers in ears and closed eyes or even leave the screen at the cinema. I find that most of my best experiences are when I go in BB. Nope and Nitram are great example of this policy really reaping rewards.
Oh Luke! That really excites me because I have not looked too deeply into either of those films and I really want to see both. I am so happy Bacurau Blind has stuck. 😂
Okay here we go! Top 3 Films I am most looking forward to are:
Halloween Ends..... regardless of how iffy I was with Halloween Kills (Much preferred on a 2nd watch), I can't help but feel it could be just as great as the Halloween from 2018. I absolutely loved that one... plus it is going to "END" right?... so that is always exciting.
Black Adam...... Do I have to say much. You guys know how much of a mega fan I am of DC, so seeing these characters come to life on the big screen will ALWAYS be exciting for me. Though the buzz for this one isn't as high as it would normally be for a DC property.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever..... Mostly because I am incredibly interested in seeing how they handle Chadwick... I feel we are going to be in for an emotional one.
I had such high expectations of it on my first watch that it kind of soured my experience on that first watch, I could just settle into it on the 2nd so had a better time.
I'm really looking forward to seeing The Whale. I'm a fan of Aronofsky and really keen to see how Fraser is in it.
Great Question Jamie!

Marc
Well……Paul chose the best ones. I also am really looking forward to watching the always amazing Viola Davis in The Woman King
